The guest is the person who books the accommodation and enters into the rental agreement. The guest is responsible for all equipment, furnishings, and property belonging to the owner of the unit. The guest is liable for any vandalism, damage, or loss caused during the rental period. The guest is also responsible for ensuring that the information contained in the agreement is accurate and corresponds to the booking.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed with Geilolia AS.
Age limit 25 years
Our minimum check-in age is 25. Younger guests can check in as part of a family. You must be able to show identification and a credit card upon check-in.
The minimum age requirement must be met in order to gain access to the accommodation. If this requirement is not met, no refund of the rental amount will be provided.
Booking, payment and cancellation
It is the guest's responsibility to review the booking confirmation carefully and ensure that all details are correct. If the confirmation does not match your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment
The guest can pay safely and easily by card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) when booking or at the time defined by the booking. The guest must bring the confirmation with them upon arrival. Contact us if you would like an invoice. Special payment terms apply to group bookings.

The cancellation policy that applies to your booking depends on the type of booking you have made. Please check the cancellation policy that applies to your booking in the booking confirmation you have received from us.
You can easily make cancellations and changes online via "My Page", free of charge within the cancellation deadline.
We reserve the right to change your booking based on capacity.

Certain rates and offers are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated prior to booking. When purchasing such an offer, the guest is required to pay for the full stay at the time of booking and will not be entitled to a refund in the event of cancellation.

All cancellations or changes in dates must be made in writing to Geilolia AS: post@geilolia.no or made in the online booking system if the booking was made there.
Tenant's obligations
The tenant is obliged to follow the rules and regulations that apply to the accommodation unit and the area.
The tenant is obliged to treat the rental unit, inventory and equipment associated with the unit in such a way that no damage or unnecessary wear and tear occurs.
Final cleaning is included in the price, but the guest is expected to clean up after themselves before departure. This means that the guest washes away spills on surfaces, washes dishes and removes trash and empty items from the accommodation unit. Bed linen must be removed and placed in the hallway upon departure. Remember to close and lock all doors and windows. If the unit is left in a condition requiring additional cleaning beyond normal turnover cleaning, an additional fee of minimum NOK 1,500 will be charged.
Damage
The tenant is liable to the landlord for any loss or damage caused to the building or its contents. The tenant is also obliged to cover any additional costs resulting from the conduct of the tenant or accompanying persons.
In the event of a lost key, a replacement fee of NOK 1,000–3,500 will be charged. If the remote control for the gate at the apartments in Skurdalsvegen is not returned, the tenant will be charged NOK 2,000 as a replacement fee.
House rules
Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the tenant is required to be considerate and keep noise levels low out of respect for other guests. Any noise or disturbance that is considered a nuisance to other guests will be reported. Failure to comply with such a report may result in immediate eviction. In such cases, no refund of the rental amount will be given. If a security company is called out due to noise, the tenant will be charged for the costs incurred.
Violation of the no-smoking regulations will result in a cleaning fee of NOK 6,000.
Pets
Pets can be brought into some of our units for a small additional charge. Please contact us to check if pets are allowed in the unit you wish to book.
Changes and tenant rights
Geilolia AS reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for a residential unit, provided that the tenant is offered equivalent services.
Complaints
Any complaints during your stay must be submitted to Geilolia AS immediately, and no later than 11:00 AM the day after arrival, or as soon as possible after the issue arises.
If the tenant fails to notify Geilolia AS of any defects or other non-conformities in the ordered product upon arrival or thereafter, the tenant will lose the right to submit a complaint. Defects reported only at check-out or later will not be eligible for compensation.
Reservations
Geilolia AS and our subcontractors are not responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, closed facilities or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to make errors and changes in our price lists, descriptions of services and technical conditions.
Force Majeure
The parties may withdraw from this agreement if the property cannot be used due to acts of war, natural disasters, prolonged interruptions to water or electricity supply and similar events that neither the lessor nor the tenant could foresee or influence.
Insurance
We recommend that all our customers arrange good insurance policies before their trip, in case of illness, loss or damage to luggage, accident, liability and the like.
